Most covered patios take about 7–8 days from start to finish. It’s a little longer than building a deck because we tie the structure into your existing home, including roof integration and detailed finish work.

We don’t do standalone concrete patios, but if your project needs a new concrete slab as part of the covered patio build, we’ll coordinate with a trusted subcontractor to handle that work.
On average, covered patios range from $30,000 to $50,000, depending on size, materials, and features. For example, a 16×16 patio with a pitched roof tied into the house, finished soffit, and lighting might run $40,000 to $60,000.
